    We provide a complimentary rental analysis of your property to determine competitive market rental rate. We market your properties on all third party websites (i.e. Realtor.com, Zillow, Hotpads, etc), We handle all maintenance coordination with residents and all collections of deposits and rents. We offer the most comprehensive tenant background screening service in the industry including credit, criminal, rental and eviction background checked along with verification of income and employment information. We employ a fully licensed and leasing staff who are available seven days a week to answer rental inquiries and show properties.   • When will I receive my owner proceeds and statement?

    We process our owner proceeds by direct deposit between the 8th and 12th of each month. Owner statements are published onto the owner portal on the last day of each month and you will receive an email notification when you they are ready to view. You can access your portal on our website through the Owner Portal.

  • How do you find and screen prospective tenants?

    We strive to find qualified tenants who pay rent on time while taking good care of your property. Each tenant must fill out a rental application. Prospective tenant’s need to provide at least 2 years of rental verification and we perform a credit, criminal, rental and eviction background checked along with verification of income and employment information.  Applicants must meet the income requirement of at least three  times the monthly rental rate. 

  • What happens if a tenant does not pay rent?

    The property manager posts a 3-8 day (excluding weekends and holidays) notice for non -payment of rent on the front door of the property. After the notice has expired and the resident still has not paid rent, we will communicate with the owner as to the plan of action. Once the notice is expired, an eviction can be filed. The eviction process can take up to 6 weeks once filed from beginning to end.

  • How do you handle security deposits?

    All residents are required to pay a security deposit equal to the amount of the rental rate at the time they are approved for one of our rental properties.  A $300 refundable pet deposit is required per pet if any pet(s) was approved. All deposits are held in a separate  non-interest escrow account until the resident vacates the property.

  • How do you make sure the resident is taking care of the property?

    We conduct a videotaped and photograph records of the property conditions before and after a resident moves in.  We conduct routine inspections of the property while occupied by a tenant to ensure that your property is well maintained at all times. Residents will be held financially responsible for any tenant neglection to the property.

  • Who takes cares of the maintenance?

    Fusilier Management Group only works with licensed and insured vendors whom a business relationship has been established. This comes with quality work and affordable rates. If you have a preferred vendor for your property, please inform your Property Manager.
